This is an early prototype of the Commodore Magic Voice. The unit uses a modified C64 CP/M cartridge case. The usual Toshiba T6721 speech chip is present, as is the eprom. Instead of one large Gate Array as seen on the production Magic Voice, this unit uses one PAL16L8 chip for address decoding and one PAL16R4 for the parallel-serial-conversion.
